This kit contains a folding knife. It has a 3.5 in blade, a glass breaker and a belt clip. We are telling you plainly because you may be buying this as a gift, or you may live somewhere that restricts carrying it.

What this kit is not

• It is not a food or water supply. There is no food, no water and no water filter in it. Pair it with our water and radio items if that is what you need.
• It is not waterproof. The pouch is water-resistant nylon with a drainage hole, nothing more.
• The multi-tools are consumer grade, not professional rescue equipment, and we describe them as exactly that.
