Where we ship from

Here Here Things is operated by G4A LLC, registered in Delaware, USA. Orders are picked, packed and dispatched by our fulfilment partners. Most of our emergency and preparedness kits ship from a warehouse inside the United States; a small number of specialist items ship from an overseas facility. The dispatch origin and the delivery estimate for every item in your basket are shown at checkout, before you pay.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or a US public holiday begin processing on the next business day. During severe weather events, order volume can rise sharply and processing may take an extra day.

Ships from our overseas facility 12-20 business days after dispatch

These are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Customs handling, carrier delays and severe weather can extend them. The estimate shown at checkout is the one that applies to your order.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with a tracking number as soon as it is dispatched. Tracking can take 24-48 hours to show its first scan. If your tracking has not updated after five business days, email us and we will chase the carrier for you.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and shown before payment. Any free-shipping threshold in effect is displayed in your basket.

Split shipments

If your order contains items from more than one facility, they may arrive separately and under separate tracking numbers, at no extra cost to you. You will receive a tracking email for each parcel.

Delivery addresses

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses where the carrier permits. Please check your address carefully at checkout – we cannot redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

If your parcel is marked delivered but you cannot find it, check with neighbours and your building’s mail room first, then contact us within seven days. If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and contents before disposing of anything and email us the photos. We will replace or refund it.
